Description
A spell inscribed in the 
Zhenwu Tome, that can summon rolling thunder to strike lightning down on enemies.
When the rebels raided the temple, they stole numerous scrolls and mastered this thunderous technique. Originally crafted as an art to subdue demons, it was twisted into a tool for slaughter.
Usage
Call down rolling thunder before you that strikes the ground and explodes in sparks.
Where to Find
Rebel Camp: At the back, you’ll find a 
Daxi Imperial Guard (Elite); kill him to get it.
