Description
Dr Garrow has requested that I use the mining infrastructure at the Windscale plant to extract a sample of Oberon. If I bring her the sample, she will help me escape the quarantine zone. She told me Oberon is in the Windscale plant, which I can access by powering up the Interchange. Oberon is very unstable and we will need to immediately escape, so I should finish up anything I was doing in the zone first.
