A Priestess in the Hakan Oasis can be seen standing tall above several followers You can speak to her to learn the dark truth of what type of priestess she is. Defeating Priestess Qin will award the Focus item, Qin’s Captivating Eye, which awards cooldown reduction and Lucky Hit Chance.

Detailed Location

In the Hakan Oasis, which is found to the southeast of the Gea Kul capital city, and directly southwest from the Omath’s Redoubt Stronghold.
