Mass-produced magitek armor outfitted with heavy artillery. Years of wear and tear have left its exterior covered in rust, but the oxidization has ostensibly had no effect on its mobility. Originally designated as the MA-X Maniple-Bis, this mech was conceived as a successor to the MA-X Maniple. However, the design underwent significant changes during development, and engineers renamed the unit accordingly. Few units were ever produced; those that were have been placed aboard assault crafts.

Where to Find

This is a rare spawn but can be spawned in Chapter 15 near the Longwythe Peak in craters in the Duscae region. It can also be spawned just north of Hammerhead near the Weaverwilds or just outside Greyshire Glacial Grotto.

The last suit of magitek armor ever produced. Imperial scientists leveraged all the technology at their disposal to create a weapon strong enough to best Noctis and even the gods themselves. Internal records allege development did not finish before the fall of the empire, but some claim to have witnessed fully functioning units on the field of battle.

How to Find

The MA-X Angelus-0 spawns randomly from dropships in Chapter 15. One of the best areas to try and farm a spawn is just north of Hammerhead, between camp and the Weaverwilds. A dropship will constantly spawn various magitek so you can try and wait till one drops. The craters throughout Duscae in Chapter 15 during new hunts also have a chance to spawn the MA-X Angelus-0.

Constructed during the peak of magiteknological prosperity, this quadrupedal robot long dwelled in the deepest recesses of Taelpar Crag, untouched and inactive. The empire succeeded in recovering and refurbishing the weapon, but were unable to unravel the mysteries behind its mechanical operations. It was only when a certain king was born that Omega’s systems went online once more.
