There are lots of well-hidden things in Star Wars: Jedi Survivor, some of which can give you trophies/achievements. Cleaning Up is one of them, and you can get it relatively early if you’ve got your exploration goggles on.

Cleaning Up Trophy/Achievement Location¶
When you reach Koboh for the first time, you’ll need to find a familiar pal called Greez. As you progress the story you’ll find him at Pyloon’s Saloon. This is where you want to be to get the trophy/achievement. When you regain control inside the saloon, head to the right of the bar and follow the path down into the bathroom. In the bathroom will be an open stall with a toilet to your left, interact with the toilet, and it’ll spit out an item. Pick it up to obtain two Priorite Shards, and the Cleaning Up trophy/achievement.

Where to Spend Priorite Shards¶
You may have picked up a few of these by now, and you may be wondering what you can do with them. Well, Priorite Shards is a currency that can be spent at Doma’s Shop. The shop is at the Rambler’s Reach Outpost, near Pyloon’s Saloon, although you won’t be able to use this just yet until you progress the story a little.
Doma has quite a bit of merchandise for you to buy with your hard-earned Priorite Shards.
When you finally get access to the shop, you can purchase various cosmetic items for Cal, and BD-1, Music Tracks, and even a Mysterious Code that can be used inside the shop to obtain another healing Stim!
