There are two ways to increase your Vitality in The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales: first, just find [Shards of Life] in chests across the overworld and in various dungeons. Second, complete challenges in Shrines of Life scattered across the overworld in the game’s four ages. Shrines of Life¶
You start the game with five Vitality, and every time you get four Shards of Life - found in chests on the overworld, in dungeons and as rewards for completing Shrines of Life - you’ll get another crystal of Vitality, up to a maximum of twenty Vitality. Merely getting ten Vitality is sufficient for the Great Radiance of Life trophy/achievement, and merely accumulating one upgrade will earn you the Overflowing Vitality trophy/achievement. All in all, nine Vitality can be obtained by simply looting chests, while the final six Vitality come from Shrines of Life. Their locations can be found on the table below:
