Otak Shrine
Description
The 
Otak Shrine is located in the very north west of the Hebra region meaning you will require some cold weather gear in order to get to it.
The challenge within is called Traps and can be a little tricky. Here is our associated guide on how to complete it.

You can access the Otak Shrine from inside the 
Icefall Foothills Cave.
You need to melt the ice inside and go through the cap of ice on the floor. You then need to fight some 
Bokoblins including a powerful 
Black Bokoblin. After killing them, look for the ice block on the wall above for the entrance to the shrine.
