Ren - Blood Vigor
Description
An emerald etched with the ancient character ‘人,’ symbolizing the harmony between heaven and earth and the union of the five elements. The human-like design represents self-improvement and the cultivation of one’s character—teachings passed down to the Avians by the Primordial Deity. Effect: Taking damage speeds up your Stamina recovery for a time.
Where to Find
This Benediction is particularly difficult to obtain, requiring a specific set of criteria to unlock. There are two things you must do to receive it: first, follow the Boatman’s questline so that he appears behind the Riddle Door in Bo Capital (Chapter 5). Second, make sure you find all three Riddle Doors throughout the game and answer their riddles incorrectly. Only then will you receive 
Ren - Blood Vigor when you speak to the Boatman in Chapter 5.
