The Wood Wraith, not surprisingly, tends to be located in wooded areas, and despite its large, tree-like appearance, should not cause too many problems as it lumbers towards you with its slow attacks.

A giant brown bear commonly found throughout the Scosglen region. They have high HP and can hit like a truck so beware!

These mighty buffalo/mammoth type creatures wind up with a severe damage-dealing charge that you would do will to evade where possible.

• You will encounter them around Scosglen, to the SW of Cerrigar.

A bird-like creature that can often be found in warm climates.

Bee-like creature that spew poison at unlucky passersby.

Another staple of Diablo games, Razor Spines are Quillrats that have adapted to harsh climate of the Dry Steppes. These are aggressive, spiked enemies who will spit their quills at players from a distance.

An elite Plague Maggot that has the ability to cast Shock Lance among other thunder-based abilities. Elite enemies have larger health pools, and deal more damage than its normal counterparts.

Bee-like creature that has taken the the desert climate, it spews poison at anyone unlucky to pass by.

Deadly Scorpions that live in the harsh Kehjistan desert, coming into contact with their stingers may leave you poisoned, so keep your distance.

Stronger versions of the Quill Rats and other spiked wildlife, they fling their prickles at you at a distance that deals large amounts of damage.

A large brown bear, native to Hawezar. It has a lot of health and strong attacks so groups of them can become difficult to manage.

A native bear to the swamps of Hawezar, the Diseased Bear has fallen foul of corruption and plague. It is just as strong as other bear enemies so take care.

Found in extremely cold places such as Rimescar Cavern.

Queen of Plague Maggots and an Elite enemy, found during The Cage of Grief Campaign Quest inside the Hungering Swamp story dungeon. She has the Mortar, Frozen, Tempest and Waller affixes and boasts a large health pool.
