Go to the Bank of Liberty

After everyone is nice and comfortable in your totally legally owned vehicle, head to the pink dot on your map which will take you to the Bank of Liberty in Chinatown. Remain in the car whilst the guys rob the bank, then when they get in you’ll want to race to the Pay ‘n’ Spray in the Red Light District to lose your wanted level. Finally, take the guys back to the safehouse you picked them up from to bring this mission to a close.
