Meet 8-Ball¶
Once you’ve dealt with the rat in the mission Cutting the Grass, return to Salvatore’s Gentlemen’s Club and Salvatore explains that the Colombian Cartel seem to have a very large amount of cash since they have started selling SPANK. He’ll then request that you destroy the boat which is located in Portland Harbor as its the Colombian Cartels base of operations for creating SPANK.
After the scene has come to a close, travel to Eightballs Autoyard in Harwood to pick up some explosives, then Bomb Da Base: Act II will begin.
