Upgrade the Umbral Lamp by finding all the Chisel Locations, located in Calrath City Slums, by the square area up the road near the Ravager patrol. The Fief of Winter’s Chill, located at the start of the zone in the Umbral beside the dogs and guardian boss in the cave, and the Manse of Hallowed Brothers Kitchen area.

From there, upgrade your Lamp by giving the Chisels to Molhu in Skyrest, and then socket three Umbral eyes you want.
