Thunderhead Isles
In-game Description
Normally the 
Thunderhead Isles are covered in thick fog that makes it extremely difficult to explore.
You can remove the fog by completing 
Secret of the Ring Ruins, after finishing 4 temples and Hyrule Castle.
If you’re daring, you can explore the island while the fog is present, but visibility is very limited, so expect it to be painful.
There are two shrines located here: Joku-usin Shrine and Joku-u Shrine. In addition, an important main story quest can be started here: 
Guidance from Ages Past.
In terms of treasures, you can obtain two 
Old Maps and two 
Sage’s Wills. You can also discover two Koroks who don’t mind the perpetual thunderstorm. Brave lil fellas.
