The courier side activities are ambient events that appear randomly when you are wandering around in some of the larger cities – Havana, Kingston and Nassau. They will appear as a golden chest marker on the mini-map and as you approach them they will run off.
To complete the activity, you need to chase them down and tackle them. Loot their bodies whilst they are down for a small sum of money which is in most cases much greater than the average takings from pickpocketing.
