Alexander’s Innards is a Key Item that can be given to the Jar-Bairn NPC in Jarburg after the village is attacked by poachers. When giving the Jar-Bairn Alexander’s Innards you will receive the Companion Jar talisman.

• Follow Iron Fist Alexander’s questline until he is found in Crumbling Farum Azula. Here he will challenge the player to a duel. Upon victory the player will receive Alexander’s Innards along with a Warrior Jar Shard and a Shard of Alexander.
• Alexander’s Innards can be given to the Jar Bairn at the end of his quest line. Rest and return to find Companion Jar.

You’ll obtain this as part of Alexander’s Quest.

Amber Draught is a Key Item that can be given to Ranni the Witch to progress in Preceptor Seluvis’ questline.

• Provided by Preceptor Seluvis during his questline when choosing to betray Ranni the Witch.

Amber Starlight is a Key Item that is used in Preceptor Seluvis’s questline after he mentions his plot to you. Amber Startlight can be used in Prospector Seluvis’s questline after purchasing a puppet spirit from him. Preceptor Seluvis will fill inform you of his scheme that he has been planning, but requires Amber Starlight to begin this scheme.

• Amber Starlight is located close to the Altus Highway Junction Site of Grace in the Altus Plateau region. It can be found directly east from the Altus Highway Junction Site of Grace where the road will break off north into an open cave. Here in the cave the Amber Starlight will be sitting below a statue surrounded by octopus ball creatures.

Black Knifeprint is the Mark of the Night of the Black Knives ritual. The Black Knifeprint can be used to advance Sorcerer Rogier’s questline.

• Drops from Black Knife Assassin in Black Knife Catacombs.

The Carian Inverted Statue unlocks a secret area in Carian Study Hall.

• Given by Ranni in Ranni’s Rise after giving her the Fingerslayer Blade.

Celestial Dew is a consumable item that allows players to carry out an Absolution at the Church of Vows reversing all antagonizations.

• Celestial Dew can be purchased from the Pidia Carian Severnt at Caria Manor in Liurnia of the Lakes for 5,000 Runes.
• Can be bought from the Nomadic Merchant in Ainsel River for 7,500 Runes.
• Found on body hanging off a ledge overlooking the Uhl Palace Ruins.
• Found on a body in a corner at the very bottom of a ruin in Nokron, Eternal City.
• Located on a body by the side of the road in Night’s Sacred Ground.
• Acquired from a body resting under some ruins in Nokstella, Eternal City.
• Celestial Dew can be found North of the Nokstella, Eternal City Site of Grace, next to some snails.
• Celestial Dew can be located on a body leaning against the inner side of the Raya Lucaria Academy locked gate.

• Hold up to 99 Celestial Dew.
• Store up to 600 Celestial Dew.

Chrysalids’ Memento is a key item that must be given to Roderika in Stormhill to unlock her quest progression.

• Stormveil Castle. Found in Stormveil Castle, atop a pile of corpses in a room next to a Many Armed Key Master mini-boss.

• After unlocking Roderika’s Spirit Tuner abilities, the Crimson Hood will be in the Momentos place when players return to this point of the Stormveil Castle.

Cursemark carved into Lunar Princess Ranni’s discarded flesh.

• Found on a body lying at the top of the Divine Tower of Liurnia.

• Item required for the Age of Duskborn Ending and required to spawn the boss Lichdragon Fortissax.

Dancer’s Castanets are a Key Item that can be given to Tanith.

• Dancer’s Castanets are privded by Patches in Shaded Castle, before the boss room, after killing Rykard, Lord of Blasphemy and talking to him in Volcano Manor.

Dark Moon Ring is a Key Item in Elden Ring. Dark Moon Ring is required to finish Ranni’s quest.

• Found in a locked chest next to the Raya Lucaria Grand Library Site of Grace. Unlocked using the Discarded Palace Key.

• Dark Moon Ring can be used on Ranni’s body in the Cathedral of Manus Celes to finish her questline.

Fingerprint Grape is a Key Item in Elden Ring. Fingerprint Grape is the eyeball of the Festering Knight Vyke, inflamed in yellow.

• Can be dropped by Festering Fingerprint Vyke.

• Fingerprint Grape can be used to lead the blind maiden to become a Finger Maiden. This is used for Hyetta’s questline.

Fingerslayer Blade is a Key Item. The Fingerslayer Blade is required to progress Ranni’s questline. This is the ‘Hidden treasure of Nokron’ she asks you to find. After giving this item to her, she gives you the Carian Inverted Statue as a reward.

• Found in a chest under the massive skeleton statue in Night’s Sacred Ground.

Iji’s Confession is a Key Item. Iji’s Confession is a letter of confession found on Iji’s corpse.

Irina’s Letter Letter addressed to the commander of Castle Morne.

• Received through dialogue with Irina, found sitting on a rock on the side of the road just after entering the Weeping Peninsula.

The Letter to Bernahl is a unique info item in that it is a quest item. This letter marks Vargram the Raging Wolf and Errant Sorcerer Wilhelm for assassination.

• Provided to the player by Knight Bernahl after completing two Volcano Manor assassination quests.

Lord of Blood’s Favor is a Key Item that can be used to progress White-Faced Varre’s questline. Once obtained, players must soak it in the blood of a maiden. The closest will be a Maiden corpse in the Church of Inhibition, north east of Liurnia. It is also possible to use the corpse at Chapel of Anticipation if you’ve unlocked the second belfry at the The Four Belfries. You must bring the cloth back to Varre to progress the questline.

The Lord of Blood’s Favor is obtained by progressing White-Faced Varre questline past Limgrave, and talking to him at the Rose Church in Liurnia of the Lakes. After this is done, players must get a Festering Bloody Finger from Varre and invade other players three times. Once done, talk to Varre again and accept to be knighted and you will obtain this key item and be charged with soaking it in the blood of a maiden.

This can also be obtained within the Church of Inhibition. There will be a seated deceased maiden towards the front of the church where you can obtain this item.

Miniature Ranni is a Quest Item. It is a Doll resembling Ranni the Witch.

• Found in an open stone coffin in the waters of Ainsel River Main.

Miniature Ranni can be spoken to at Ainsel River Main Site of Grace.

After persisting on speaking to it, Ranni speaks back through the doll and asks you to eliminate a Baleful Shadow, which is located just beyond the Nokstella Waterfall Basin grace point. After doing so, you will be given the Discarded Palace Key.

You may be also able to talk to her at the Nokstella, Eternal City and Nokstella Waterfall Basin Sites of Grace before defeating the Baleful Shadow (confirm?).

At the end of Ranni’s questline, she can be spoken to again at Ranni’s Chamber Site of Grace in Ranni’s Rise.

Miquella’s Needle is a consumable item that can be used at Dragonlord Placidusax’s arena at Crumbling Farum Azula to reverse the Three Fingers’ flame of frenzy. This is the only way to undo the Lord of Frenzied Flame ending. To use it select it from your inventory anywhere in the arena. Fighting Placidusax is not necessary to use the needle simply being at the boss arena will suffice.

Miquella’s Needle can be obtained after completing Millicent’s questline. From here return the Unalloyed Gold Needle to the Scarlet Aeonia left after Malenia, Blade of Miquella’s fight.

• Hold up to 1 Miquella’s Needle.
• Store up to 600 Miquella’s Needle.

Rya’s Necklace is a Key Item that can begiven to Rya to continue her quest.

• Speaking with Rya and you will get a quest to receive this stolen necklace. The necklace can be obtained from Blackguard Big Boggart’s shack to the northwest. It can be bought for 1,000 runes or by killing Blackguard.

Seedbed Curse Curse is a Ket Item. It is grown on a body defiled by a Dung Eater. They are used in the Dung Eater’s questline in which five must be given to him to complete. The Seedbed Curse is used as part of the Dung Eater’s questline which can be started by talking to him at Roundtable Hold whilst holding at least one Seedbed Curse.

1. Leyndell Royal Capital: Just after taking the first elevator from East Capital Rampart, head into the large building, climb the ladder on the right and go up the stairs . You will find it on a body that is sitting on a chair, in the middle of the room.
2. Leyndell Royal Capital: In the alternate version of Roundtable Hold located near the Fortified Manor grace, inside the equivalent of the Dung Eater’s room. You will find it on a body that is strapped to a chair.
3. Leyndell Royal Capital: On the body of the Blackguard at the end of his questline, in the outer moat near the Capital Ramparts grace, where the Dung Eater invades. If you did not do Blackguard’s quest before Dung Eater’s invasion, you will not be able to receive this particular Curse and you will need to provide the other five to Dung Eater instead.
4. Volcano Manor: From Temple of Eiglay, proceed until you reach the teleporter to Rykard, Lord of Blasphemy, then go back into the building and up the stairs to find a fog door that requires a Stonesword Key. Carefully drop down in the dark room using the hanging cages. The item will be on a body that is sitting on a chair guarded by enemies. To the opposite side of the room there’s a path leading back to the door in the Volcano Manor lobby that can now be opened.
5. Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree: From the Prayer Room Grace, head forwards and at the 3rd flight of stairs down jump on the ramp to the right, close to a water-filled gazebo to the north with a flying beetle. Go up the next ramp north and instead of entering the dark room go forward. The item will be found on a body sitting in a chair on the balcony looking down the ballistae and the Putrid Avatar.
6. Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree: From the Prayer Room grace, keep heading forwards, going down every staircase you come across. Drop down and head towards the room with two Cleanrot Knights inside but instead of entering, jump over the railing to the right and drop down one level. Turn around, enter the dark room right under the railing and you will find it on a body that is sitting in a chair.

Sellen’s Primal Glintstone is a Key Item. Sellen’s Primal Glintstone can be used to progress Sorceress Sellen’s questline.

Sellen’s Primal Glintstone can be found beneath Witchbane Ruins.

Sellian Sealbreaker is a Key Item that can release Master Lusat from his confinement. Sellian Sealbreaker can be used to open the magically sealed door in Sellia Hideaway to gain access to the body of Lusat and Stars of Ruin. Returning to Sellen with this will further her questline.

• Sellian Sealbreaker can be acquired during Sorceress Sellen’s questline. After discovering Comet Azur on the body of Primeval Sorcerer Azur, speak with Sellen to further her quest. She will have an additional dialogue option, ‘I have a favor to ask’ that will give the player the Sellian Sealbreaker.

Seluvis’s Introduction Letter of introduction addressed to Sellen.

• Given by Preceptor Seluvis at Seluvis’s Rise in Liurnia of the Lakes.

In response to Seluvis’s Introduction, Sellen will say the following:

“Well, well… Seluvis in not a name I ever wanted to hear again…But, fine. If it will help you, my apprentice, I offer my knowledge. The stars alter the fate of the Carian royal family. And the fate of your mistress, Ranni. But long ago, General Radahn challenged the swirling constellations, and in a crushing victory, arrested their cycles. Now, he is the force that repulses the stars. If General Radahn were to die, the stars would resume their movement. And so, too, would Ranni’s destiny.”

Seluvis’s Potion Small flask received from Preceptor Seluvis.

• Acquired from Seluvis at Seluvis’s Rise after being asked by Ranni the Witch to speak with him.

Serpent’s Amnion is a Key Item. Amnion from a womb that bore unintended offspring.

• Located on the altar after defeating the Godskin Noble Boss in Volcano Manor.

• Serpent’s Amnion can be given to Rya during her questline.

Shabriri Grape Yellow is a Key Item. It is an oozing eyeball of the infirm. Shabriri Grape can be used to progress Hyetta’s NPC questline. Hyetta roams The Lands Between looking for the distant light. She is drawn to her destiny by a guiding shine she feels in the back of her eyes when eating Shabriri Grapes.

• One can be found near a spirit NPC at Godrick’s throne room at Stormveil Castle, you must defeat Godrick the Grafted first in order to gain access to the said room. You’ll find it at the lower section. Map Link.
• Can be found on the lower level of the Purified Ruins. The entrance to this area is blocked by a large plank of wood that can be destroyed with rolls or attacks. Map Link
• One is dropped by Edgar the Revenger, an NPC invader found at the Revenger’s Shack in western Liurnia.
• This grape can be obtained earlier by killing Edgar at Castle Morne, if the player returns to where he was killed after reloading the area.
• One is dropped by an invader at the Church of Inhibition

• Chapel of Anticipation: Upon returning to this location later in the game, head towards the roof of the southern wing of the chapel. There is a corpse on this roof containing the item.

• The Stormhawk King can be given to Nepheli Loux in Roundtable Hold after giving Seluvis’s Potion to Gideon Ofnir.

Tonic of Forgetfulness is a Key Item that banishes distress and bitter memories. It can be given to Rya for her questline. A dialogue option will appear to give Brother Corhyn the Tonic of Forgetfulness upon advancing his questline to Mountaintops of the Giants near the Stargazers’ Ruins. Brother Corhyn will refuse the potion and the item will remain in the player’s inventory.

• Given by Tanith after giving the Serpent’s Amnion to Rya and returning to the Volcano Manor.

Unalloyed Gold Needle is a Key Item that is a nnapped intricate needle of unalloyed gold. Unalloyed Gold Needle is an intricately crafted needle, snapped in half, but it can be repaired by Sage Gowry. Unalloyed Gold Needle is used to ward away the meddling of Outer Gods. Returning the Unalloyed Gold Needle to the Scarlet Aeonia that remains after Malenia, Blade of Miquella’s fight will grant the player Miquella’s Needle and a Somber Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone.

• Dropped from Commander O’Neil in the Swamp of Aeonia, Caelid.

• Quest item for Gowry, needed to ease Millicent’s suffering.

Valkyrie’s Prosthesis Golden prosthesis used by the one-armed Valkyrie.

• Found in a chest in the room guarded by a single Cleanrot Knight on the North Western edge of The Shaded Castle.

• Valkyrie’s Prosthesis is required to advance the questline of Millicent.

Volcano Manor Invitation is a Key Item and is a letter of invitation to the Volcano Manor.

• Can be obtained by purchasing Rya’s Necklace for 1,000 runes from Blackguard Big Boggart in the Boilprawn Shack. Once done you can return the necklace to Rya which will earn you the invitation to the Volcano Manor.
