Aremiah can be found just outside the Cathedral entrance and is in quite a pickle. The Saint has had a precious stone stolen from her and Aremiah wishes to find it. Travel to the northeast section of the Warehouse District and when you arrive this will trigger a cutscene. Smash the boxes then pick up the Crystal Shard. Take it back to Aremiah and you will be presented with the Service Entrance Key, which allows you access to the Cathedral after hours.
Approach this man to trigger the cutscene.
