After examing the Canvas board, speak to Brella just outside the station about a Chaos Infusion at Canopus Farms. Head straight there and talk to Dr Gysahl just outside the village. You will need to kill a Chocobo Eater in a Chaos Infusion which isn’t an easy task, even with Odin by your side.

If you need restoration items, there is a merchant near Dr Gysahl. Equip your schemata to combat the Chocobo Eater. Midnight Mauve with Thunder attacks, Dragon’s Blood with Sparkstrike and Passion Rouge setup with the buffs you used against Caius should suffice. Equip the Ghostly Hood on Passion Rouge and you can really absorb even his strongest attacks.
