Achievement Guide
The Crackshot achievement is as simple as it sounds: you need to hit a headshot from at least 200 meters away from the target. There are few ways to game this one, and there’s no getting around the fact that you’ll need decent aim to even attempt. However, if you keep in mind that you’ll need to aim higher the further away an opponent is, you can begin to master the art of shooting from a distance. A good way of increasing your chances of landing a headshot from this distance is to be a defender in a siege, giving you a good view of numerous enemies below. An enemy force will often begin the siege from at least 200 meters away, giving you plenty of opportunities to hit one of them as they make their way towards the keep. Needless to say, improving your Bow skill will make this one easier, but you can also earn this achievement if you hit a headshot with a crossbow, or even a javelin, but it can be significantly more difficult with the latter.
