The RGL-80 is one of the new Launchers added to Modern Warfare 3 and its a popular choice to bring along as a secondary because it allows you to destroy field equipment and take down groups of enemies. Every Weapon in MW3 has a bunch of challenges to complete in order to earn cool-looking Camos. RGL-80 Challenges Tips in MW3¶
There are only five challenges available for the RGL-80 and it only has one base camo challenge which is three less than the majority of the other weapons in the game. Thankfully, the base challenge simply requires you to get 25 kills which can be done in any game mode, but we recommend that you do it in an objective-based game mode, such as Headquarters or Control because you’ll come across multiple enemies gathering around the objective. This will allow you to fire an explosive into the group and bag multiple kills at once.
BGL-80 Gilded Camo Challenge and Higher Mastery Level Challenges in MW3¶
Once you’ve completed the base camo challenge you’ll move on to the BGL-80 Gilded Camo Challenge and this requires you to get 10 Direct Impact kills which means the opponent has to die due to the impact of your bullet not from an AoE (Area of Effect). For this challenge, we suggest that you play Hardcore as everyone’s health will be reduced, so the damage output of the RGL-80 will instantly kill them. Upon completion of the RGL-80 Gilded Camo Challenge, you’ll move straight onto the BGL-80 Forged Camo Challenge.

You’ll now need to use the launcher and destroy Enemy Equipment, but only Scatter Mines, Proximity Mines, and Claymores seem to count, and these aren’t the easiest things to find in the world. However, if you equip the Engineer Vest, you’ll be able to see the enemies’ equipment outline through walls so locating them will be a lot easier. With the Forged Camo out of the way, you’ll need to do a lot of grinding because you’ll need to get Forged Camo for all 36 Weapons before you can finally move onto the Priceless Camo Challenge.
The final challenge for the RGL-80 isn’t too difficult as all you’ll need to do is get 25 double kills which means you’ll need to kill two opponents in quick succession. With this weapon in your possession, the AoE Damage from the explosive will make taking out multiple enemies at once pretty simple. However, finding two enemies together will arguably be the hardest part, but if you play Hardpoint/Domination then you’ll come across groups of enemies often.
