The Rival 9 is one of the new Sub-Machine Guns added to Modern Warfare 3 which is incredible for slaying enemies in close quarters due to its extremely high Fire Rate and Handling. Rival 9 Camo Challenges in MW3¶
The Rival 9 Camo Challenges are as follows:

Rival 9 Challenges Tips in MW3¶
There are eight challenges available for the Rival 9, but all the following base challenges are the same for all SMGs: Get 50 Kills, Get 25 Hipfire Kills, Get 10 Kills Whilst Sliding, and Get 15 Kills whilst the enemy is affected by your tactical. We recommend that you level the weapon up enough so you have the challenges unlocked, then you should be able to complete the majority of them together which will save a lot of time. You’ll want to do challenges 1 and 2 together by dropping into the Hardcore Mode and sprinting around the smaller maps whilst hip-firing in close-quarters situations such as buildings.
As for challenge 3, you’ll want to jump into TDM and sit in a building whilst crouched and pick off enemies as they run through. The final base camo challenge will require you to get 15 kills whilst the opponent is under the effects of your tac, such as a Stun Grenade. This shouldn’t be too tricky to do, just simply have your tactical available and throw it down before you start a gunfight.
Rival 9 Gilded Camo Challenge and Higher Mastery Level Challenges in MW3¶
Once you’ve completed the four basic camos you’ll move on to the Rival 9 Gilded Camo Challenge which requires you to get 10 kills without being damaged by the opponent. The easiest way to do this is to play more defensively in Hardcore and pick off enemies as they run towards your locations. Upon completion of the Rival 9 Gilded Camo Challenge, you’ll need to unlock the Gilded Camo for the remaining five SMGs before you can move onto the Rival 9 Forged Camo Challenge.
Next up, you’ll need to get 10 kills quickly after ADS (Aiming-Down-Sights) so you’ll want to equip attachments that’ll increase your aim speed and avoid aiming until you come across the person you want to kill. You’ll now need to obtain the Forged Camo for all 36 Weapons before you can finally move onto the Priceless Camo Challenge which will require you to get 10 suppressed double kills. You can do this by equipping a silencer and playing Hardcore as enemies’ health will be reduced, then you want to lurk around the objective as you’ll find more enemies grouped up.
