The second phase of MW3 Zombie Camos offers the player a red and dead Camo, a rather fitting peak of the horrors that await you in Call of Duty. Like the new standard of Camo challenges, players can expect to grind a lot to unlock the second tier of the challenges and thus begin their ambitions to earn the Zircon Scale Camo. Here is how to unlock the Zircon Scale Camo in MW3.

How to Get Zircon Scale Camo in MW3¶
To get the Zircon Scale Camo in MW3, there are set goals you must overcome to grab the Camo. These are:
- Complete 4 Base Camos on a MW3 weapon in Zombies mode.
- Complete the Golden Enigma challenge on a weapon after completing all four base Camos.
- Unlock a minimum requirement of Golden Enigmas to progress a weapon category.
- Complete the Zircon Scale Camo Challenge.
Like the Platinum, Forged Camo, and the Spinel Husk, you must get a set requirement of the previous camo challenge done in a weapon category. In terms of Modern Warfare 3’s launch, there are 6 ARs, 3 BRs, 6 SMGs, 3 Shotguns, 5 LMGS, 4 Marksman Rifles, 3 Snipers, 4 Pistols, 1 Launcher and 2 Melee weapons. It means you’ll have to do a lot of grinding for some of the more expanded portfolios of weapon categories. So, make sure to work through the category and then unlock Golden Enigma Camos for them. Once you have met the requirements, you can begin working on the Zircon Camo Challenge.
For the most part, the Zircon Camo Challenge will require players to get a certain number of kills with a Pack-A-Punch weapon. The number of kills with the relevant Punched weapon will depend on how easy it is to kill zombies with the weapon. So, ensure you get the weapon you want to unlock the skin on, then Pack-A-Punch and upgrade it. From there, farm as many zombies as possible to beat the challenge. Doing so will award you with the Zircon Scale camo in MW3.
To make it easier to grind the challenge, make sure to get as many weapons early and spend as little as possible until you make your way to the Pack-A-Punch machine. Fight for your life to be the first to upgrade the weapons and get as many rounds as you can, farming the zombies with the weapon to get through the challenge as fast as possible.
Remember, you are going to need to meet the 36 Zircon Camos unlock requirement before advancing to the Serpentine Camo Challenges that come later down the Mastery line.
