The Third Rail is an unmarked location in the Commonwealth, functioning as a jazz club and bar in the game Fallout 4. This establishment serves as a key social hub in Goodneighbor, providing live entertainment and drinks.

Background / History

Located in a repurposed subway station under Boston’s former Scollay Square, the Third Rail is owned by John Hancock, Goodneighbor’s mayor, and managed by the robotic bartender Whitechapel Charlie. The venue includes a small stage where Magnolia, a singer, regularly performs.

Layout

• Entrance: Includes a restroom to the right, a ticket counter to the left, and the bouncer Ham guarding the stairs leading to the bar area.
• Bar Area: Contains a small stage for live music, a VIP room to the right, and a locked storage room to the left. The storage room has a steamer trunk.
• VIP Room: Accessible down a short corridor to the right of the bar.
