This simple little task is basically just meant to familiarize yourself with the crafting process, and it’s really up to you to decide if it’s worth the bother of trading relatively easily-found materials for easily-earned XP. Just find a Research Station and craft some Pathfinder Chest armor to earn some XP, but crafting it will waste valuable Platinum so… pick your poison and try to use as little Platinum as possible, if you even care to craft it.
