Help the Resistance fighters fend off some Kett (left) then talk to their less-than-friendly leader (right).
On the far eastern edge of Voeld are three Forward Stations. North, northeast of the central of these three Forward Stations you’ll find some Angara being attacked by Kett. Simply getting near to this battle will start this quest. Drive over to the site of the action, put down the Kett, then talk to the Resistance leader - Juusov - who gives you a… frosty reception? Aha, how clever… Anyways, after the conversation ends so will this mini-quest.
