Increasing the Tolerance Royal Virtue

By
Ben Chard

While you travel across the Kingdom of Euchronia in Metaphor: ReFantazio, you’ll have to pay special attention to your Royal Virtues, these are the core tenets that govern how a ruler should act and behave. Their main impact is on ranking up your Followers so you’ll need to manage your time effectively. There are a quite a lot of activities you can take part in to raise Tolerance, so keep reading to learn what they are and how many points you can expect from them.

Listening to the Pagans are an effective way to increase your Tolerance in Metaphor: ReFantazio.

How to Raise Tolerance

To raise Tolerance, you’ll need to spend a lot of time listening to the tales that other people have to tell you, such as those from the many Pagans across the kingdom or several Activists. Unlike both Courage and Wisdom that has some automatic sources, for Tolerance you’re going to have to go out of your way in your free time.

The table below will list every activity and quest that raises Tolerance in Metaphor: ReFantazio, along with how many points you can expect for each:

As with most Royal Virtues, they become much easier to gain points for as you reach the later stages of the adventure. Indeed, once you have access to the Opera House in the final set of free days, you can earn +14 a day by visiting the Activist on Blue Sky Bridge during the day and then watch a play at the Opera House in the evening.

There are two different books you can read for a huge increase in Tolerance.

Tolerance Rank Unlocks

As mentioned at the top, you’ll need to raise Tolerance to enhance some of your Bonds, more specifically, that of Maria, Catherina, and Alonzo. The table below shows what becomes available at each Rank of Tolerance.
