There’s an employee named Dean who has some anger issues, so Jack locked him in a closet. Head to the Hyperion Hub of Heroism and get to the locker, pressing the button to open it. Listen to his ranting, talking to him to try and calm his butt down. You’ll need to cool him down, literally, as you were given a cryo-elemental gun for this mission. Switch to it and keep shooting Dean until he’s frozen, then return to the bounty board to finish the mission.
