Head to Brok’s Shop at the entrance to the Landsuther Mines and turn away from it. Look into the air to spot the Raven perched on the wooden structure above.
As you progress through the Mines and defeat the Traveller, you’ll come out to another open area with water running through it. Defeat the Dark Elves and then approach the edge near the water. Look into the air to find the Raven perched on the rocks, you’ll need to throw the axe higher than it’s position to bring it down on top of it.
