After you manage to complete the first major Keystone you can find in Act 2, you should get a cutscene with your OMSIF aid. The aid will reveal quite a bit about her to you, and then tell you about the Observation outpost in Acasa Marshes. To enter that, and to learn more information, you need to access the APC safe code. But it’s not obvious what that is. Here’s how to access the APC Safe Code in Hell is Us.

APC Safe Code Walkthrough¶
To access the APC Safe code, you need to:
- look under the seat to the right
- There’s a faint metal box under that seat
- You should get a pop up telling you to open it when your cursor goes over it
- When looted, you will get a list of codes to read from, alongside the Drone
Module - Entropic Field - Take note of the 14th code on that list, which is the code that the agent tells you about
With that information, you can now go to Acasa Marshes and open the Observation Outpost’s gate. It’s the one directly to the northern exit of the ON camp in Jova.
When you open it, you will be able to find a few rewards here, and you can complete the Observation Outpost 08 Mystery. To do so, simply go to the tent to the right and access the computer in there to learn more about why she told you to go there.
As for the other rewards, there’s connections to other mysteries throughout the land with Lymbic Rods. It will tell you how to finally open that Lymbic Chest at the bottom of the reservoir in Lake Cynon. Other rewards include a Vault of Forbidden Knowledge and more puzzle areas for the Enlightenment mystery too.
Don’t forget the research items knocking around on the corpses, alongside the Drone Modules too. You’ll need as many for the Vaults of Forbidden Knowledge as you can get to really 100% the game and get all the rewards.
