Alchemists in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion are key vendors that allow you to buy potions and alchemical supplies, as well as letting you sell potions and other items to them in return. While there aren’t loads of Alchemists in Cyrodiil, there are a few scattered across the game’s cities and main locales.
Each one offers different items and functions and some don’t sell you anything, instead only buying items and potions off of you.
