You’ll acquire this weapon after taking down the enemy holding it in the garage. This weapon is extreamly useful for those trying to stealth their way through the game, as it allows you to kill enemies without making any sound. However, make sure to add the Rangefinder upgrade, as it will allow you to line up your shots better.
