You’ll find this Weapon in the Downtown Bank Safe. Input the combination 60-23-06 to gain access. Once you’ve gotten enough scrap, add the Capacity upgrade to allow you to hold more bullets, and then only use this weapon on Clickers or Bloaters to save the little ammo you have.
