Yukimura finds himself in a position similar to Reina, except worse. Low stat growths, redundant, and easily outclassed. And in comparison to Reina, you already have three Ninjas at your disposal, all of whom can become Mechanists. Not to mention, you can’t recruit him until you level up a MyCastle Puppet to its max level 3 form, which can’t happen until near the end of the game, when you already have an army set in stone ready to go. Yukimura will have trouble fitting in.

He does have access to the Samurai class so that he can have an offensive presence if he wants, though. But he just is overshadowed by so many other similar units that it’s hard to justify spending resources babying him.
