How to Defeat the Sorcerer
All Armor Shop Upgrades
One of the ways you can upgrade your weapons in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising is via the Weapon Shop, which works a bit differently than the Smithy. While the Smithy will just increase the level of your weapon and its stats, the Weapon Shop will actually increase the rank of it. While this might add a minute stat increase, it does actually improve the abilities of the weapon, giving you new techniques. For example, CJ will have a basic two-hit combo upon starting the game, but increasing the weapon at the Weapon Shop will give her more hits. Thus, it’s very important to not only level up your weapons at the Smithy to get more damage, but also the Weapon Shop to get those extra abilities.
Each Weapon Shop upgrade will add additional abilities to your characters
