While it has an overview, you can’t revisit Eden Prime.
While the prologue mission does take place on Eden Prime - a colonized planet in the Utopia system, you can’t land on it subsequent to you gaining command of the Normandy, making it a non-factor as far as exploration goes. In fact, there’s nothing to scan or find in the entire system.
