Refuge is home to the fabled Ilos, the setting for the penultimate mission in Mass Effect.
There are only three planetary bodies in the Refuge system, and one of them is Ilos, the location of the penultimate phase of the final mission Race Against Time takes place. Important, story-wise, but as for exploration, there’s nothing here. Granted, but the time you can access this region, you’re probably beyond caring about collectibles anyways.
