Head south through the North Region to the bottom half of the area and check the west side to find 9000 Gald by a boulder and then exit to the south

Head to the the eastern side of the South Region and check the north side of the river to find the cat Dasher by a boulder, getting Dasher’s Collar , and then open the chest for Migrant Plume x2 .

You can now head south to Fezebel Marsh.

This section of Fezebel Marsh is a dead end, but make sure to check the dead end to the east for a Turtle Crest .
