Jude is standing by the swings in the Residential Quarter and when you speak with him he will get a call that indicates a problem with the spyrite researchers in Helioborg.

Meet up with Jude to begin your first Character Episode and agree to go with him.

Offer to help and then talk to the man with the red smiley near the Torbalan Highroad exit you should be able to teleport straight to Helioborg.

Talk to the lab technician to the right of the entrance to the Business Wing to teleport straight to the 13F Passageway and enter the Labratory marked with a red (!).

After the scene, head to the elevator and ride it to the 1F and exit the Research Wing for another scene.
