You can purchase accessories, such as Rings from NPC Merchants or you can find them in chests throughout your adventure through Mournstead. The Manastone Ring is one of the many rings you can get your hands on, so read below to find out how!
The Tortured Prisoner can be first found on the Skyrest Bridge.

How to Get The Manastone Ring in Lords of the Fallen¶
Obtain the Giant Eyeball¶
The Manastone Ring does literally what it says on the tin and slowly regenerates your mana over time which is good for players using a spell-based build. However, before you can get your hands on it you’ll need to progress through the game until you’ve defeated the boss Spurned Progeny which is located in the Calrath Slums, then take the 
Giant Eyeball it drops and return to the Skyrest Bridge. Give the Giant Eyeball to the Tortured Prisoner and rest at any nearby vestige.
Obtain the Noblewoman’s Set¶
She’ll now be located in the same place where you fought the Spurned Progeny, but unfortunately she doesn’t have the Manstone Ring in stock as you need to have the Noblewoman’s Set equipped. In order to find this you’ll want to continue progressing through the game until you reach the Vestige of the Forgotten Guardian, then head back outside and follow the path along to the right. Use your 
Umbral Lamp to phase through the gate and clear out all the enemies in the large open area, then head through the doorway on the opposite side and work your way up the stairs.

Follow the path along to the right and drop down to the area below by using the platform at the end path, then head through the archway at the top of the hill. From here, follow the narrow pathway along and you’ll find the Noblewoman’s Set sitting on the floor waiting for your collection! With the Noblewoman’s Set in your possession, return to the Tortured Prisoner and purchase it for 3000 Vigor.
