Like the quests Fungal Flexin’ in the Ancient Forest and Prickly Predicament, this quest tasks you with searching object native to the area and recovering a set amount of items that are otherwise only worth Research Points. In this case, you’re looking for ten Super Abalone, which can be harvested by search Conch Shells. You’ll find a few of these in AREA 3, but even greater numbers can be found in AREA 5. Once you harvest enough of these, the quest will end.
