Kill a small monster that drops Raw Meat (the Aptonoth in the Ancient Forest are ideal prey), then cook the Raw Meat on a BBQ Spit, removing the meat from the fire just after the accompanying tune plays. If you time this correctly you should obtain a piece of Well-Done Steak… and this trophy/achievement.
