Just like the quest A Portent of Disaster, the scenery has changed, but your foe has not. If anything, you may find this encounter even easier, as there are no magma-filled areas for Teostra to hide in, removing the need for Cool Drinks, nor will Teostra get any help from its lair. You’ll probably find Teostra in AREA 8, but it’s not above venturing to AREAS 13, 12 and 7 in the course of a fight.
Return from the heat of the deserted shrouded in victory and return to the Armory clerk, who will reward you with something more tangible to cloak yourself with - the Immunity Mantle.
