After completing specific assignments (story quests) you’ll be able to undertake higher rank optional quests and assignments, their difficulty being rated by the number of stars, with one-star quests being the lowest and nine-star quests being the highest. You’ll unlock this trophy/achievement after completing the assignment Land of Convergence.
