Warrior of Sunlight is a covenant that can be found in the Undead Settlement.
Primarily a co-operative covenant, Warriors of Sunlight can be summoned as White-Gold Phantoms with the White Sign Soapstone to help others defeat area bosses or summoned as Red-Gold Phantoms with the Red Sign Soapstone to challenge the Host of Embers.
Performing either action will result in obtaining a Sunlight Medal , which can be turned into the shrine at Lothric Castle.
