Sandy Plains Area 4

A large open area that normally features a gaggle of squawking Jaggi. Most large fights, against the likes of Qurupeco, Barroth and Great Jaggi, will come here and the various rocks and trees are destructible so don’t bother hiding behind them.

Points of Interest

  • The various rocks and trees are destructible so don’t use them for cover.

Loot Spots

  • Mining x2
  • Bug x1

Sandy Plains Area 5

This is the Jaggi nest of this area and features a greater number of Jaggia than its Deserted Forest counterpart.

Points of Interest

  • A Great Jaggi will return here to recover stamina from the carcass and also to rest upon being dealt significant damage.

Loot Spots

  • Bone x2

Sandy Plains Area 6

An underground ‘circle’, for want of a better term. Felyne patrol the west while Giggi jump around to the northwest. A fine source of mining supplies (which includes Ice Crystals).

Points of Interest

  • The Felyne ‘camp’ is to the west of this area.

Loot Spots

  • Mushroom x4
  • Mining x5
