Taskmasters are one of the many types of Thralls that you can place at your camp to make things run smoother. Thralls can be found all over the map, but some, like Taskmaster, will only spawn in certain spots, making them a bit harder to find. Taskmasters are key to helping you obtain more powerful Thralls, so picking one up early on is a must. The guide below goes over where to find Taskmasters and what bonuses they give in !Conan Exiles.
Taskmaster can be found at many of the NPC camps around The Exiled Lands and the Isle of Siptah.
What is a Taskmaster in Conan Exiles¶
Taskmasters are a type of Thrall that are made to be placed at the Torturer’s Worktable or at a Wheel of Pain. Workers get items crafted much quicker, helping you to save a bit of time with production. When a Taskmaster completes an item, it will weigh less, be more durable, and the concussion damage will increase, making it easier to knock out enemies. There are two subcategories of T4 Taskmasters related to these perks. Drivers give a boost to durability, while Overseers give a boost to concussion damage. You will be able to tell which one your Taskmaster is by looking at them.
Once you find a Taskmaster, you will need to knock them out, tie them up, and bring them back to your camp to break. This is a time-consuming process, and the higher the Thrall’s tier is, the longer you are going to need to wait to use them. For more information on getting Thralls, check out our helpful guide here. Like all Thralls, Taskmasters can level up and be fed food to give them certain boosts.
Exiled Lands Taskmaster Locations in Conan Exiles¶
Taskmasters can be found all over the Exiled Lands. Luckily, Taskmasters have a chance to spawn at the camps near the Exiled Lands starting area. Keep in mind that spawns are left up to a bit of RNG, so if you don’t find a Taskmaster at first, then wait and check again later. For the most part, in our tests, they weren’t too hard to find but did spawn less often than the more common NPC varieties like Archers. If you can’t find them, check the table below for a few more locations where Taskmasters are guaranteed to spawn.

Isle of Siptah Taskmaster Locations in Conan Exiles¶
Taskmasters are often found in camps around the Isle of Siptah. They spawn frequently throughout, so you should find one pretty quickly. Like with the Exiled Lands, you can find a Taskmaster right near the map’s original spawn point. Below is a table with some more confirmed Taskmaster spawn points.
