Weathered Skulls are a rather common item once you know where to find them. They are an important item in both the Exiled Lands and on the Isle of Siptah, as it’s the only way you can make Skeleton pets. In addition to this, it’s also a part of using the Tome of Kurak. Where to Get Weathered Skulls in Conan Exiles¶
Weathered Skulls can be harvested by killing certain enemies in Conan Exiles. These come from skeleton enemies. The best place to harvest them in the Exiled Lands is by killing 
Skeletons around the Unnamed City in the west. On the Isle of Siptah, you can find Skeletons around Blacksail Harbor on the northern portion of the map. Luckily, the standard skeletons aren’t hard to defeat, but they can use both close and long-range weapons, so be prepared when fighting a group of them. Using the knife to harvest the bodies typically has higher yields of Weather Skulls.
What Are Weathered Skulls Used for in Conan Exiles?¶
The primary use for Weathered Skulls is making pet Skeletons. This can be made at your Alchemist’s Bench by combining a Weathered Skull with ten Corrupted Bones. If you are looking for a stronger Skeleton pet or a Warrior Skeleton, then you will want to combine the Weathered Skull with ten Corrupted Bones, one Fragment of Power, and ten Alchemical Base. This will give you a chance of getting a 
Wight or Legion Warrior. Once these pets are created, they can follow you into battle or stay at your base to guard it. In addition to this, you can also create the items listed in the table below with Weathered Skulls.

You can place a Weathered Skull in a fluid press to get Blood and 
Bone. Likewise, if one is placed in the Grinder, then you will receive three 
Bonemeal. You can also make Ichor by using Weathered Skull and Ghoulish Humors, but since Icho is easy to get, you should hold off on this method. The most prominent use of Weathered Skulls is making a skeleton army and working on the Tome of Kurak, as it helps you unlock sorcery knowledge.
