As you explore Ginormosia, you should be on the lookout for 
Leafes, sentient plantlike creatures whose inscrutable and mercurial nature have caused them to hide away, buried save for their leafy sprouts. Finding a Leafe will earn you a reward (usually some 
Cashnuts), and if you find every Leafe in a region, talk to the Tower there and you’ll get another reward. This page will provide a guide for finding every Leafe in the Drakeseye Valley region in Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time!
There are total of six Leafes in Drakeseye Valley, a diverse region with mountains along the eastern edge and along a peninsula running north along the northwestern edge of the region, with hilly grasslands in between them. Perhaps the most notable landmark are four rivers running from a large lake in the middle of the two mountain ranges. Given how distinctly this region is segmented, it should be relatively easy to navigate and find the Leafes here. Before you hunt for these Leafes, however, seek out Googlonardo’s Tower on the western mountain range to clear the fog of war - for more information on this, check out our All Towers in Ginormia page.

Leafe Location #1¶
This Leafe is easy enough to find if you’ve already located Googlonardo’s Tower. From this Tower head southwest, transitioning from barren mountains to grassy hills. Look for a beach below you, and you’ll find a lower, grassy ledge overlooking the beach. This Leafe is along the northeastern edge of this ledge.
At the northernmost point of the region, past Bit’ah Shrine, on a ledge overlooking the water.

Leafe Location #2¶
From Googlonardo’s Tower, head up the mountains northeast to reach a mountainous peninsula running north into the sea. Head to the northern edge of this peninsula, past Bit’ah Shrine. This Leafe is on a small ledge north of Bit’ah Shrine, overlooking - but a fair distance above - the sea below.
Search near the lake between the two northernmost rivers to find this Leafe hiding behind a windmill.

Leafe Location #3¶
From Googlonardo’s Tower, head southeast to find a large lake in the middle of the region. Four rivers flow from this lake, running east, southeast and south. Find the river flowing east (the northernmost river) and search the strip of land between it and the next river to the south. On the westernmost edge of this island you’ll find a windmill, behind which this Leafe is burrowed.
Search the northern edge of some grassy hills along the northeastern edge of the region to find this Leafe hiding in some grass.

Leafe Location #4¶
Along the northeastern edge of Drakeseye Valley is a patch of grassy highlands, between a mountainous peninsula to the west and some mountains in Crickneck Canyon to the east. Search a grassy ledge behind some clusters of trees (these can’t be cut down) to find this Leafe hiding in some grass.
Look for this Leafe east of Happi Shrine, on a thin stretch of grass near the beach.

Leafe Location #5¶
Along the southeastern edge of the region you’ll find some mountains, atop of which you’ll find Happi Shrine. This Leafe is on a narrow strip of grass along the beach.

Also near the mountains along the southeastern edge of the region, atop which Happi Shrine rests. You’ll find this Leafe a good ways south of Happi Shrine, on a barren ledge near the beach.
