Overall, Ghost of Tsushima isn’t really a challenging trophy list, although you do have to complete some of the side content, but not all of it. In fact, there are a number of collectibles that you don’t have to get all of them, and even one you don’t have to bother with at all, since there’s no trophies attached to that particular one. There are no difficulty trophies, so you can play on Easy if you want, but you are welcomed to play on any other difficulty for more of a challenge. You’re probably looking at a good 40-50 hours in order to get all of the trophies.

Step 1 - Play through the main story

First and foremost, there are no missables in Ghost of Tsushima, so you don’t have to follow a step-by-step walkthrough in order to get everything in the game. Doing the main story is a good idea, at first, especially during the beginning portion of the game, as you will unlock some tools and mechanics that will be needed later. Despite there being no missables, you should go out of your way to get some collectibles early on, such as the Charm of Inari from Arrow Peak Shrine. This will allow you to get some extra materials when looting them in the world, which are needed to upgrade your weapons and armors.

The following are things you will need to completely finish in order to earn trophies:

Step 2 - Clean up any other trophies

The only other step that really matters after finishing the game is cleaning up the miscellaneous trophies you didn’t get during the main story. You will have to complete all of the Tales of Tsushima and Mythic Tales, so if you didn’t do that before, do that now. There are some of the collectibles, too, particularly the ones noted above, but you do have to collect a specific amount of the ones not listed. The only collectible that doesn’t matter at all is the Sashimono Banners, so do not fret about forgetting about them.
