This is a guide for the Backpack Guy Trophy/Achievement in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 (2022). It’ll navigate you through the necessary steps to all five types of grenades.
You’ll obtain the Backpack Guy Trophy after killing stunned enemies with all three types of grenades.
How To Take Out Enemies With All Types of Grenades¶
Once you’ve started the Prison Break Mission, progress through it until you complete the CCTV portion, then as soon as you enter the prison you’ll find yourself approaching an open gate that leads into a corridor which contains lots of enemies. Here you’ll want to press up 
to gain access to all the grenades the game has conveniently provided you.
Here you’ll want to throw Teargas into the group of enemies and follow it up with a Frag to take them out, then throw another Teargas into the corridor and follow it up with a Semtex. Finally, throw one more Teargas and follow it up with a Molotov. If the Trophy doesn’t pop after the third grenade, then you may want to consider restarting the checkpoint, as it places right outside the corridor!
