Some modes will show you your K/D throughout the match whereas some will only show at the end.

Where is Your K/D in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II¶

KD is a key statistic for a lot of the Call of Duty players and has always been available via the Barracks or Combat Record in previous CoDs. It tracks your overall performance across all game modes and some players like to use this stat to see if you’re good enough to be a part of their team. Additionally, it allows players starting out to see that they are improving as the numbers will increase the better you play overtime.

Unfortunately, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II which is the latest addition to this franchise has taken this stat away and as of the 31st October the only way to see your K/D is by jumping into a match of your choice and pressing the touchpad on PS5 or the Menu button on Xbox to bring up your leaderboards. Depending on the mode you’re playing you’ll see your K/D throughout the game or only at the end
